NOVAworks, a public workforce development organization, runs a Young Adult Program that primarily serves eligible young adults ages 17–24 in San Mateo County and parts of northern Santa Clara County. Participants receive personalized career support, which can include career planning, job-search help, training, and paid internship possibilities. Important: eligibility depends on age, school status, income, and other circumstances, so not every young adult qualifies.
