The GAP Program from Live in Peace supports East Palo Alto young adults ages 18–24 through one-on-one coaching, long-term mentorship, paid internships, workshops, résumé help, and mock interviews. It also addresses the practical side of access with transportation and childcare assistance and stipends for otherwise-unpaid training — a rare program that works on visibility, guidance, and practical access at the same time.
